Loosely based on the parenting book, this film interweaves the stories of four mothers-to-be. Jules (Cameron Diaz) is a fitness guru on a Dancing with the Stars-esque show. She becomes pregnant with her dance partner, played by Glee’s Matthew Morrison.
Breast feeding advocate Wendy (Elizabeth Banks) has her first child while her father-in-law (Dennis Quaid) has a child with his young wife, played by Brooklyn Decker.
Photographer Holly (Jennifer Lopez) is going through the adoption process with her boyfriend Alex, who is freaked out by the thought of having children.
Food truck chef Rosie (Anna Kendrick) hooks up with her competitor Marco (Chace Crawford) and must decide if she’s ready to be a mother.
Although the film is full of stars, Atlanta serves as an additional main character. Georgia Aquarium is where Lopez’s character does freelance photography and the dad’s group meets at Piedmont Park to walk their kids around. Look out for real-life food trucks interspersed with those of the characters.
