The Kimpton Brice Hotel Savannah was the first of the brand’s properties in the state of Georgia. Set on the quiet end of East Bay Street, not far from bustling River Street, it’s one of the best places to stay in Savannah.

The three-story hotel opened in 2014 near Washington Square, one of Savannah‘s many parks, which is a convenient location for pet owners.

Set in a 1800s building that previously operated as a cotton warehouse, the property is pet-friendly with both interior and exterior hallways.

Rooms at the Kimpton Brice Hotel

The Kimpton Brice Hotel Savannah has 145 guest rooms, including 26 suites, with decor that weaves together the vintage-inspired with the modern. There are pops of color, especially the hotel’s signature yellow, and whimsical patterns.

Rooms are all non-smoking and come with plush bedding, flat-screen televisions, a desk area, and seersucker bathrobes. They come in king or two queen arrangements.

There’s also a mini-bar with local goods like honey from Savannah Bee Company and Byrd’s Cookies. WiFi is also free for IHG members.

Bathrooms have Atelier Bloem toiletries and a large vanity area. An in-room yoga mat allows guests to exercise while they’re in Savannah. The hotel also has a seasonal outdoor pool and a fitness center. The Brice also offers bikes for rent to get around the city.

Dining at the Kimpton Brice Hotel

The Kimpton Brice Hotel Savannah is home to Pacci, their in-house Italian restaurant. They serve breakfast and coffee as well as tapas-style dishes, paninis, and hearty entrees. Their aperitivo hour offers light bites and $5 cocktails.

The hotel also has a number of event spaces, making it a popular choice for weddings and conferences. There are also the standard Kimpton amenities that make it so popular, including morning coffee and evening receptions with wine and snacks. And since it’s Savannah, you can take your drink in a go-cup on your way to dinner.

Valet parking is available for $31 per night, with Tesla charging, but you can also self-park in a nearby deck. If you’re arriving on the weekend or in the evening, you might be able to find a street parking spot. Simply feed the meter in the morning.
