Cartersville, GA is a small town near where my grandparents live, about an hour north of Atlanta. The day this particular photo was taken there was an auto show going on on the main street.
It was the filming location for the Three Stooges remake. The wall you see above is at Young Brothers Pharmacy and was the first Coca Cola mural, painted in 1894.
