Riverdale is a community outside Atlanta made up of 15,000 residents and is also home to the Hindu Temple of Atlanta. The temple was incorporated in 1984 and has since served the community of Hindus in the metropolitan area. The two buildings in the temple are each dedicated to Shiva and Venkateswara.
