Southern Stays: Westin Cape Coral Resort At Marina Village

Just outside of Fort Myers, the Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village is the perfect Florida getaway. Overlooking the Caloosahatchee River, there are plenty of spaces to relax and play. There are a number of types of rooms, including traditional rooms with queen beds and river view suites.

All come with screened-in balconies with chairs and fans for entertaining. The rooms themselves come with the signature Heavenly beds, a spacious bathroom with robes and luxurious toiletries, a mini-fridge, coffee maker, flat-screen television, and WiFi. Some are even pet-friendly.

The resort’s amenities are unmatched, including the pool that overlooks the river, a spa with steam room, fitness center, full-service marina, kids club, and stores. The Westin operates a daily ferry to Fort Myers Beach. The hotel also has conference space and places to relax.

The $25 resort fee also includes access to the clubhouse’s tennis facilities and lap pool, bocce ball court, horseshoes, bike rentals, and discounts at stores and spa. You can also arrange kayaking and paddleboard rentals.

Dining at the Westin Cape Coral Resort

Westin Cape Coral has multiple dining options for every taste. Marker 92 is the waterfront eatery open all day, offering healthy options as well as steak and seafood. They also have the M92 Lounge, which has craft cocktails made of artisan ingredients.

The Nauti Mermaid is the casual option with fish tacos, flatbreads, sandwiches, and quesadillas. Tarpon Point Marina has a few additional options, including Pincher’s, which has great drink specials, and Gather, which has a globally-inspired menu available all day.

Tips for Staying at the Westin Cape Coral Resort

The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village is located at 5951 Silver King Boulevard, Cape Coral, Florida 33914 near Fort Myers. Parking is included with your stay but you can also upgrade to valet parking. Rates start at around $150 per night. Book your stay by visiting their website or calling (239) 541-5000.
