The Georgia Aquarium opened in 2005 and has become the world's largest aquarium in terms of size and the gallons held by the tanks. One of Georgia's claims to fame is being home to former President Jimmy Carter. His presidential library is located near the Little Five Points neighborhood in Atlanta and is a popular stop for school groups.
