Serenbe

Started in the 1990s, Serenbe is a New Urbanist community in the farmlands of Chattahoochee Hills, located south of Atlanta, Georgia. Its name comes from "serenity" and "to be," created by Steve Nygren and Marie Lupo Nygren after a 1991 visit.
