Albany, Georgia locals love Pearly’s for country cooking, bringing in crowds for breakfast and lunch for the last 50 years. The family-run establishment is open during the week and serves their famous biscuits all day, which you can add sausage, bacon, ham, and chicken onto.
Pair with tater tots or grits. For lunch, try the meat and three like turkey with dressing and vegetables. Each day has a different special. Save room for dessert, like buttermilk pie. Best of all, all employees are all full-time with benefits, which is unusual for restaurants.
